Wooden powder:Wooden fiber(rice hull,straw,stalk,saw dust and so on---powder dimension:40-80mesh,water content:lower than 8%);
Additive:(Anti-UV agent, Anti-oxidation agent, stabilizers, colorants, anti fungus agent, coupling agent, reinforcing agent, lubricants.)
2.Work flow:
HDPE+wooden powder+additive→Mixer→Granulator→Double screw Extruder→Mould→Vacuum calibration table→haul-off→cutter→stacker→surface treatment(sanding machine,hot stamping machine,printing machine,etc)
